Birthday Celebrations

The challenge over at the Sisterhood of Crafters this week? Birthdays, baby!
That's right....and I'm pulling out the pink this week, it seems. Everything's coming up Pomegranate these days!

We've even got Stretch n' Bubbles Digital Stamps sponsoring this week with a choice of four stamps of the winner's choice!

Onto my creation for the challenge. Or should I say "One of my creations..." Yep - I'm saving them for a few posts this week. Don't wanna give you pink eye ;) The first is a little monochromatic creation that I did for the GYDO Challenge in September. It was the first time I'd used my new banner nesties, which made for some fun sponging and bling additions.

I added buttons to my Hope Blooms flowers, which were stamped in Purely Pomegranate and Pretty in Pink. I absolutely love that sentiment from the same stamp set. It's one of my favorite for birthdays. A little Purely Pomegranate satin ribbon, some dimensionals and I was set. What do you think? Sickly sweet or just right?

Stop by tomorrow for a peek at another Birthday creation (or take a sneak peak when you upload your Birthday eye candy at The Sisterhood of Crafters for your chance to win!
